When our brother Lorenzo shared with us his idea of opening a small farm producing mainly EVOO, we reacted half puzzled, half moved. Lorenzo was a special, harmonic, melodious, quite unpredictable person, with eyes open to the world and a highly creative personality. To start growing olive trees after a life dedicated to music seemed to us just like him. After he passed away, we decided to try and keep his dream alive. Something special, something sound, something musical. Just like him.

Though assisted by professionals and experts, we want our olive oil to remain a typically regional, family product. Something that reminds us of home, making it easier for us to celebrate the memory of Lorenzo, bringing on his care for his land, his trees, his choices.
