Noi Musici
A land meant to grow organic extra-virgin olive oil (EVO) is not just its landscape, its nature and weather. It’s also about its people, culture, traditions, all of which give quality to its fruit, just like earth and sun do.
Noi Musici is a small family farm, founded by our brother Lorenzo, who had a passion for world music. After he passed away, we, Daniele and Camilla, as his siblings, decided to try and make his dream go on. Our farm is located in the Polverosa region, just behind the glimmering seaside of Costa d’Argento and at the foot of the Etruscan hills rising towards Manciano.

Earth

The soil is rich, fertile, retaining just the ideal amount of moisture. We’ve got a well right in the middle of our field, that helps keep the plants hydrated.

Our oil, green hued and smooth, has a vibrant note that lingers especially when young, turning sounder with time.

Production

We produce cold pressed, organic extra-virgin olive oil only from Tuscan cultivars grown with no chemical fertilisers.

Seasoning and Cooking

It is typically meant to be used cold on fish, meat and salads, enhancing the flavour of any dish by giving it the typical fragrance of our country.
